Valentine Card, Box and Tag

Hiyah fellow KnK-ers!

Today I’d like to share a matching Valentine set with you. Each element has the same heart design which is delicate enough for a female recipient but not too frilly for the men in our lives. There is a card, a pillow box for your sweet treats and a tag for any larger gifts. The cut files are available at the end of this post πŸ™‚

Valentine Set 1

These are the Materials I used:

These are the Zing Settings I used:

  • Blade = Standard
  • Blade Height = 25 post-it notes
  • Offset = 0.30
  • Speed = 10
  • Force =Β  90
  • Passes = 1

Assembly: All 3 items are very simple to assemble, simply cut the larger pieces from white card and the detail pieces in red or pink, attach these to your larger pieces with some wet glue to give you some wiggle time for perfect alignment.

Valentine Set 2

You can add an insert to your card if you wish to prevent your message from showing through the front of your card.

Valentine Set 3

If your sweets are small and run the risk of falling through the holes in the front of your pillow box, try adding a piece of acetate or vellum behind the heart detail.

Valentine Set 4

If you would like to see more projects I have created with my Zing, access my Free Cut Files and read my Terms of Use, you can find my blog here:

  1. You are the best and the kindest,,, craftier and designer….ever… always sharing there project and this for FREE. I just would like to Thank You again-again. You are SPECIAL.

  2. Oh my, I’m tempted to remake my Valentine’s Day cards, but since it’s 20 of them, I won’t. I will be making many, many of the little boxes tho. They are gorgeous, I love them. Thank you, hugs and kisses coming your way.

  3. Thx Bird! Love these gorgeous hearts! You are SO VERY KIND to share your talent with all of us! YOU ARE APPRECIATED!

  4. Not seen this site before have you changed to another place. Do love you files and want to thank you very much for all the hard work

  5. I LOVE these files! Thank you so much. In fact, I love every file I get from you, and I don’t tell you often. Your files are always such clean cuts. I just now cut the “Heart Pillow Box” and it came out beautifully! As others have already said, thank you so much for your kindness! You are an incredible, dedicated, and generous lady and crafter!

  7. Thank you so much..Will they cut out with the Brother Scan N Cut machine..I have just got 1 so not sure what work with it..Thanks again xxxx

  8. Love all your designs. Downloaded the design and it cut perfect. My only problem was the score lines were not there. So, I downloaded again thinking I did something wrong but once again the score lines are not there. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help

    • I’ve just downloaded the files to test them and the score lines are showing up for me. I tested them in Silhouette Studio, eCAL and Make the Cut.

I can’t think of any reason why you shouldn’t be able to see them.

  9. I haven’t opened my new Cricut Explore yet, but it is supposed to cut these files. I’m excited. I’ll be back! Thank you!
