Hello and WELCOME to the Team KNK designers blog! I’m so thankful that you’re here! You are so very special!
Today’s project is a memories of ‘love’ book for the parents of a new baby girl. The title of the book is, “To Emri Grace, with love.”The parents will place a photo of their little one inside the front picture frame plus write little ‘love notes’ to their precious Emri Grace for her to cherish for years to come. It can be a journal entry of –‘precious one, your smile made my heart sing today’–or–‘You are so strong–you stood on your own today!’………making sure to date each entry.
Primary materials used:
computer
spiral notebook (this one is considered to be 5X7)
card stock and cereal box
various ribbon scraps
Acetate/transparency
Xyron Sticker Maker machine
We r Memory Keepers Big bite
Scissors
pencil
straight pin
embellishments
Today’s project may appear to be more on the advanced side of the spectrum, but with all sincerity, that’s what crafting with the over the top Zing is all about! Your projects are sure to have the look as if you are a professional.
This is the first time I’ve used my awesome Zing to cut cereal box—can you say ‘one pass’?? I am definitely impressed!!

Thank you for dropping by, we’d love to hear from you plus see what our posts have inspired you to create! Until next time: HUGE {{{HUGS}}} and be blessed
Tammy
PS~ Make sure to place a little scrap of paper/card stock in between the ‘frame backing’ and the bottom layer of cereal box so that it leaves an opening to slide your photo inside:)
Notice that since this is a shabby Chic/ Vintage project, it adds more character if things are not perfect:)
Beautiful album. Thanks for sharing.
Delightful! I’ve always had a fondness for shabby chic – but, alas, I do not have skills like yours though. I’m better at the just plain vintage. I love your album!
Lovely! And truly a work of love to welcome this little one.
Wow… it’s so beautiful! You did a wonderful job, Tammy!
What a gorgeous project, thanks Tammy!

So beautiful! I don’t have a Zing yet, but you are inspiring me to try cutting ceareal boxes to make a project like this.
Thank you.
Stunning! I always admire shabby chic creations, but for some reason my mind’s creativity stops short of being a natural at creating anything shabby chic. You did a great job. I’m sure it will be treasured.
Beautiful colors!
Beautiful! I haven’t tried cereal boxes yet on my Zing, but I hope to in the near future. Thanks for sharing.
such a beautiful gift.
This is very beautiful and I have a niece that just had a baby and she named her Emri Grace – I have a feeling in my heart that you made this for her.
