I was working on a Christmas card for todays post, I even ordered a cute embossing folder so that I could make the cutest card that I had saw on Pintrest. After 2 attempts and the card still looking pathetic I decided to move on to plan b. The decision was helped in part by an email that I received about a sale at Lettering Delights. They had a cute set of 3 gift boxes called LD Holiday box. It has an angel box, a wreath box, a snowflake box and a top for the box, all for $1. How could I go wrong! I decided on the snowflake box, it cut like a dream. It was an easy box to make as it cut perfectly and the Double sided adhesive tape makes a strong, clean bond.

We have had a warm fall so far. Last year on December 1 it was 2 degrees, today it was 40 degrees. So instead of snow we are still enjoying the leaves on the ground. Today we had some visitors to add to the beauty of autumn. To those of you who aren’t familiar they are two male ring necked pheasant.
