Today isn’t a day to post but I had to share this. :~)
I make cards for the “Swim Team” that swims at the same time as my kids and I .They are a group of ladies in their 70’s and 80’s and they love getting the cards. Because I have been making so many plaques and tiles it has been a while since I made them cards. Unfortunately with that age group Sympathy cards are a hot commodity. I found this card on Pinterest and I think it was made with a punch and a stamp.
I was able to design it in KNK Studio and cut it from vinyl using my KNK Maxx. But with all of the tiny pieces it was a pain to weed and I was making at least a dozen. My KNK friend Shirley told me she applies the vinyl and then weed with intricate cuts. Hmmmm…so i cut the vinyl, put tranfer tape over the top, picked up the whole thing, applied it to the card, and then just pulled off the excess vinyl. It worked like magic and saved so much time. I used Coredinations paper for the card, it is a great cardstock for applying vinyl. Thanks Shirley!!!!
