Not sure how it got to be the end of June already! I have so many things I want to do this summer and it seems like the only things that are getting done are the day to day things that need to be done.
This is the time of year that people want teacher gifts, graduation gifts and wedding gifts. I have been busy making all of the above. Living in Wisconsin agriculture is huge and it is a course taught at our local high schools. This was a request for a favorite ag teacher.
The barn yard was a silhouette I found online and converted to a KNK file. I added the teacher’s name to the barn to make it personalized.

It was a simple matter of sanding and staining the wood and letting it dry. I like to let stained wood set as long as possible so I try to have popular sizes stained ahead. I then just chose my fonts and typed the saying. I believe I used magnolia sky for ag teacher. I cut black vinyl and transferred it to the board using clear transfer tape. Not complicated and what a wonderful gift!
Love it Nancy, and signs are so very popular now!! Have a great summer!
That would be a special gift.
Nicely done
