Merry Christmas Banner – Free File

Merry Christmas to all! I hope that you have a wonderful holiday and safe travels!

I was inspired by a number of previous banners posted by Team KNK Designers to create this Merry Christmas banner.

Christmas Banner

I used basic shapes in Make-the-Cut to create the banners and all of the shapes used in the layers. I used Print-N-Cut to create the lettering.

Materials Used:

Settings for KNK Maxx Air:

WorldWin CutMates

  • f = 62
  • v = 300
  • passes = 1

DCVW patterned paper

  • f = 42
  • v = 250
  • passes = 1

White basic card stock

  • f = 26
  • v = 200
  • passes = 1

  1. Cut out all of the banner shapes using the Free File (available for a limited time).
  2. Print and then cut out the lettering.
  3. Ink the edges of the shapes and letters as desired.
  4. Adhere banner layers using double sided adhesive. I used pop dots between the 2 circles to give dimension.
  5. Spray on texture paint and allow to dry.
  6. Place double sided adhesive on the back side of the banner tabs.
  7. Fold the tabs over the string and adhere to back side of banner.
  8. Hang your beautiful banner!

About Cuttin' with KNK (Michele)

I am the proud mother of 2 grown children, waiting for grandchildren some day. I've been married to my best friend since 1988. I have been crafting since I was a girl - I can't even remember a time when I wasn't creating something, and I've tried nearly everything. I discovered KNK in 2009 and have loved the company and its products ever since. The machines are so versatile and enhance my own creativity. It is rare that I make something without my KNKs.
