Appleton, WI is the original home of Harry Houdini, hence the retreat theme of “KNK Secrets Revealed”. Each participant received a bag of goodies for cutting, embossing, punching, and engraving – and they even got to decorate their bags while we were there!

Rhinestone Design:
Materials:
Settings (Maxx Air):
- f = 60
- v = 500
- p = 1
Steps:
- Create the design using the rhinestone feature in Make-the-Cut.
- Remove the Rock It Rhinestone Flock backing sheet and apply directly to the mat.
- Cut the rhinestone template from the Rock It Rhinestone Flock.
- Remove the template and scrape away the circles.
- Apply the template to a bead tray.
- Brush in the stones using a Shur-line edge and trim brush.
- Apply rhinestone transfer tape and pick up the stones.
- Using a heat press or dry iron, apply to bag.
Heat Transfer Design:
Materials:
Settings (Maxx Air):
- f = 35
- v = 300
- p = 1
Steps:
- Create the design in Make-the-Cut.
- Mirror image the design.
- Cut and weed the design.
- Using a heat press or dry iron, apply to bag.
You always rock it, Michele. That bag is AWESOME, and the one that we did in Orlando Retreat was TERRIFIC too. I LOVE mine.
The Retreats are really good to gain experience and to feel more comfortable using our TERRIFIC cutter machines.
