This adorable treat box was made from a file purchased from My Scrap Chick and cut on my KNK Maxx. My Scrap Chick has lots of great files at reasonable prices.
The sides of the sleigh and the hearts are cut from cardstock that is gold metallic on one side and white on the other. The black is Oracal 631 vinyl and the red is cotton fabric that was ironed onto ThermO Web Heat n Bond to give it more body and prevent it from fraying. I then cut it with the fabric blade using two passes. The box that holds the treats is cut from white cardstock.
Once I had the sleigh finished and filled with candy, I decided that it would make a cute place card also. So I relocated the heart, cut my name from some gold vinyl, and now I’m all set to stake my claim for my place at the dinner table on Christmas.
The font I used for my name is PC Dazzle. I had to adjust the height of it to fit on the sleigh plus I did a Transform/Outline of 0.006 to fatten it up a bit.
Very Cute Judy! You did an awesome job

Thanks, Barbie. Bet you’ll make some up in no time.
Great idea and neat way to make as a party favor too. Chocolate is ALWAYS a big plus.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Lynn. Chocolate is the BEST!
Great idea! And the chocolate is still there. I have a little problem with that disappearing around here…
Thanks, Deb. So far the chocolate is still there but there is more in the bag.
So cute. I love the way you used the fabric. I can envision this made with fabric left over from the holiday napkins or table cloth to co-ordinate perfectly.
Thanks, Elizabeth. Good idea.
Judy, what wonderful project!!! That is so awesome.
Thank you, Omayra. I hope you are having a wonderful Christmas.
This is adorable. I know Christmas is far away but an easter basket done similar would be beautiful.
