Cardstock Valentine Decoration

Omayra, KNK, heart

I was wondering how to decorate a Jewelry Case Display for this Valentine’s Day. Immediately my Wonderful and Terrific KNK Groove-e came to my mind (as always). This is a file that I am using for my 25th Anniversary this year. I just made some adjustments so the project looks different.

Materials:

  • Groove-e
  • Cardstock
  • Glitter
  • Markers
  • Glue

Settings (Groove-e):

  • F = 45
  • V = 150

Steps:

  1. I cut the 25th Anniversary design out of cardstock.
  2. I added a shadow layer to that design and cut it out too.
  3. Then I outlined the hearts on the first layer with red marker and the doves with blue coloring pencil.
  4. I put glue on top of all the shadow layer and glued the first layer to the shadow.
  5. And finally, because the shadow layer is larger than the top layer, I poured on glitter to cover the glue that was exposed on the shadow layer.

  1. Oh…I love that. Could we pretty please have the file. I decided this year to leave the Christmas lights on my stairway on all year and to do some theme decorations. This would look really pretty at the top part of the stair rail. It would be see when you open the front door.

And if we can’t have the file…it’s ok….the project is really nice.

    Hugs from Nebraska,

  2. Hi, yes I can give you the file. This is a file that I made for our 25th Wedding Anniversary and I use it for this post. I was including the file with my next post that is related to my Anniversary. But I can attach the file to this post for you, too. I am not close to my computer at this time but as soon as I have my computer I will attach the file. Thank you for your comment.
