Just a KNK

You don’t have to have any other tools other than a KNK to make awesome things.

I love Re-Store! They have awesome deals and they help people. One of my area Re-Stores has cabinet door seconds. They come in all sizes. I generally will pick up a bunch and then use them when the perfect project comes along. Many of the things that I make are things that people see on Pintrest and then they ask me “Can you make this?”. That is how this project came about.

Materials

Cabinet door

Vinyl

clear transfer tape

Settings

15″ KNK Maxx

red capped blade

Force 34

Speed 500

I used 2 fonts, Daydreamer and calibi bold. It was a simple matter of typing the saying, changing the words that I wanted in Daydreamer , and welding the saying because of the script font. I then grouped each word so I could rearrange them the way that I wanted them. Once I had everything where I wanted it I then selected the whole thing and dragged it to the size that I wanted. Then I cut the saying from vinyl, weeded it, applied clear transfer tape, and applied it to the door. So simple!

  1. That is True, Nancy. Just a KNK and your head get full of ideas. Great project!

  2. Great idea! Never thought of checking Restore foe cabinet doors. Great idea. Love this saying and those fonts. I don’t have either but I’ll look around for them. The doors would look great with chalk paint or blackboard paint.
